xforms - How to create a grouped XBL control -


i trying create xbl control groups xform date, drop down , text box in orbeon following code snippet:

it works 1 control when try add more controls in template, not reflect changes on screen. displays 1 control on ui.

can please guide me how can make grouped xbl control?

the issue implementing component inside metadata/template. instead, want put inside <template> how component used. is: if writing xforms hand (not using form builder), , use component, like? instead, implementation of component goes <xbl:template>, missing in code.

a simple example might find inspiration date picker, can see source code.
