python - MX Record lookup and check -


i need create tool check domains live mx records against should expected (we have had issues of our staff fiddling them , causing incoming mail redirected void)

now won't lie, i'm not competent programmer in slightest! i'm 40 pages "dive python" , can read , understand basic code. i'm willing learn rather being given answer.

so able suggest language should using?

i thinking of using python , starting along lines of using 0s.system() (dig +nocmd domain.com mx +noall +answer) pull records, bit confused how compare existing set of records.
