SVG Element Grouping without <use> tag -

the svg <use> tag doesn't work in chrome. how group svg shapes rect,circle,path without using svg use tag ?

but when drag <g> element in iframe not move element <g> contain there other way child element , drag them loop?????

use should work fine in webkit/chrome, want use grouping g element. see http://www.w3.org/tr/svg/struct.html#groups more information.
