windows - ISE for cmd/batch scripts? -


there integrated scripting environment windows powershell scripting language there ise windows batch (.bat) scripts? how people develop .bat scripts efficiently, use kind of ise?

if have windows xp or older, go command prompt , type:

edit test.bat

it should bring blue screen primitive gui lets open, edit, , create batch files. has list (along detailed descriptions) of every command used in both batch/shell programming , power shell programming. program available in windows server 2003 , later last time checked! :p
