python - Mako template encoding urls -


i have variable value html:

c.url = '<a href=""></a>'

when display in mako template, output is:

&lt;a href=&quot;&quot;&gt;&lt;/a&gt;

what's going on?

your variable's content being filtered it's safe present. markupsafe.escape() being run on it.
