if want build expensive possible web application use? without buying microsoft products except vs2010 , sql server database.

does value increase lie in technologies use , in architectural patterns applied?

if so, use among .net technologies in application layers increase website value?

i asking because have business opportunity , have no money invest want cover partner's investment technology contribution.

imho not try increase website value investing expensive technologies :-) think should put working hours tooks build website , multiply factor, corresponds value.
