java - Wrapping a ByteBuffer with an InputStream -


i have method takes inputstream , reads data it. use method bytebuffer also. there way wrap bytebuffer can accessed stream?

nothing in jdk, there lots of implementations out there, google bytebufferinputstream. wrap 1 or more bytebuffers , keep track of index them records how has been read. like this comes lot, apparently buggy, see @mike houston's answer improved version).
