java - Using Wicket in conjunction with Wordpress -


i have java-application using wicket frontend. want gradually switch on wordpress-frontend. first off, startpage going in wordpress. there way use wicket in conunction wordpress? wicket tightly coupled java, unsure of how it.

if can give me best practices or tips, or links people have gone through similar scenarios i'd grateful.

to start with, looking impossible in same runtime container. there ways run php in java (quercus comes mind), applications not suited this.

if want run in multiple containers, may able fake out @ browser level iframes, need wordpress plugins can orchestrate setting iframe destinations current tomcat container running wicket.

it helpful understand why doing this. wordpress has excellent product, , isn't discourage going direction. if trying gain cms functionality, may want check out brix, java content repository backend wicket.
