linux - mail.log not showing all sent emails -


i'm using postfix mta. yesterday server sent out few hundred emails, few recipients did not messages. tried @ mail.log find emails discover couple dozen 'sendings' recorded.

i.e. know fact server sent email x@y.com, sending not recorded in mail.log.

do have configure postfix or in log?

my swift configuration pointing external smtp server. updated config , started logged appropriately.
