how can generate text file each new order in magento.

you need create new module (use module creator extension headstart) , bind observer sales_convert_quote_to_order event. can retrieve order object event , output values of interest text file using standard php file functions (or zend_file if wish).

if search stackoverflow or web in general, find number of tutorials on how use event-observer model, need adapt specifics of event interested in.
