Sharepoint 2010 public facing website, anonymous users allowed -


i have enabled anonymous users on farm , on entire site. have windows authentication turned on.

whenever anonymous user attempts view site, prompted log in. , prompted login on every single page view.

i allow users log in via windows authentication, (perhaps through special page), anonymous users should not prompted put in password ever.

does mean need switch forms based authentication entire site, or there option in 2010 somehow windows authentication , allowing anonymous users live harmoniously.

it because of file not published. ex, if master page, css stylesheet or image unpublished, prompt user login.

make sure published , work.
