C Program Screen Design / Graphics -


i want ask if there functions in c use design screen of program. because find interface of program plain. example, want program have pictures or want text change color. want add borders... that. searching internet don't know keyword type. recommendations on should read help. thank you.

what need gui toolkit. i'm afraid pure c there aren't many choices, 1 of them gtk+. if c++ 1 of options use qt or wxwidgets. these 3 toolkits cross platform, although didn't mention on platform developing, they'll work.
