can you do paypal integration with asp.net c# even though your website is still offline? -


we working on system paypal integrated system. i'm having doubts, should host our site first? or can our paypal integration though on trial mode. or using local server. please guys me out. i'm confused. t_t

use sandbox mode! :)

alternatively, can deploy website public server, paying attention allow access developers' machines (ie. restricting allowed ips, using authentication, etc)
