Advice for new shopping cart in PHP or ASP.NET -


i in need of "shopping cart".

my requirements are:

  1. allow customer add/remove from, , edit quantities of items in cart.
  2. when customer ready purchase, "purchase order" sent client (instead of items being sent paypal immediate purchase) - client can verify have enough stock available before approves order , sends customer invoice.
  3. it must free or open source if going refer me already-built shopping cart solution.

i willing build using either asp.net or php.

eagerly awaiting advice! lots of in advance.
