java - How can I view the GET's, POST's, etc between my computer and a webserver -

i'm working on making client app website in java can run desktop. need able login through php script, view commands going , forth when things on website, can emulate them.

for life of me can't seem find program this, , don't know offhand of either, point in right direction nice
