that's sort of vague question. developers side can @ differences between 4.6 api , 5.0 api yourself. major additions noticed accelerometer classes , connectionfactory.

from user side can google number of articles on new features 5.0. here couple found: boygeniusreports, pcmag.

if tell more application might able tell whether you'd need use 5.0 os or not.
